If you do not like your Jammock, send it back within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price, less shipping. If your Jammock does not meet our high standards of construction, is otherwise damaged upon delivery, or has issues relating to construction during normal use, we will replace it free within 6 months of purchase.
Jammock, LLC collects customer information solely to facilitate the purchase and shipping of our products. We collect: shipping/billing/email addresses, and first and last names. Any other information given is voluntary. Shopify.com collects credit card or PayPal information to facilitate billing and they do not share this information with Jammock. Jammock does not share your personal information with any other entity.
